Requirements:
- Age: Dog must be at least 12-14 weeks old, and have completed ALL shots.
- Gender: All dogs over the age of 6 months must be spayed or neutered
- Vaccinations: All dogs must have current vaccinations. Puppies must have their complete
puppy series of distemper and parvo, rabies, and bordetella . Adults should
have distemper, hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Corona
(DHLPP-C) and Rabies. These are required to remain current. Bordatella
is also required every six months to avoid highly contagious kennel cough.
Owners are required to provide proof of current vaccinations before daycare
sessions can begin. Courtesy vaccination reminders will be provided to
registered guests via mail or Bone Box.
- Proof of negative fecal test within the last six months.
- Health: All dogs must be in good health and must not have been ill with a communicable condition within the last 14 days. Do not bring your dog to daycare if they are vomiting or have diarrhea. All dogs must be on flea prevention program.
- Behavior: All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy possessive. All dogs
will be subject to a temperament test the first day of daycare.
- Play and Rest: Dogs are permitted to play all day in cageless environment. Ruff Day reserves the right to crate or separate any dog for short periods of time for feeding, resting or time-outs. In order to maintain safety and cleanliness, as as a precaution against bloat, water is offered at all times.

- Drop-off time between 7:00am - 9:30am, Pick-up 4:30-6:00pm. To minimize interruption to daily routines -please notify us you require special times.
- Reservation: All dogs must have a reservation. See 'reservation' policy.
- Cancellation and No Shows: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. A 'no show' will be charged a full day's rate.
- Following documentation must be read/signed prior to first day of care: Emergency Contact Sheet, Doggie Profile Sheet, and Owner Agreement.
